- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took my script in for a knee scooter and was told my insurance wouldn't cover it, ok no problem because they would pay for crutches. My doctor faxed over the script for crutches. So a week goes by and I call I'm put thru to a message system, never got a call back. Another couple days go by I call again I am then left on hold very a long time then I was put thru to the same message, again no call back. After several attempts to do bussiness with them and getting nowhere fast and my surgery in 4 days 2 of those being weekends. I had to make other arrangments. If this is how you plan to do bussiness I'm sure I won't be alone when I say I won't be back!!!!March 29, 2017by Elizabeth Wills
